摘要
综述了破片撞击不敏感弹药安全性试验技术研究的最新进展,主要包括弹药安全性发展历程、高速破片加载技术、破片撞击试验方法和评估标准。详细分析了不同破片加载装置的研究情况及其优缺点,当前弹药安全性破片撞击试验以枪炮发射系统为主;针对破片撞击弹药安全性技术研究,提出应在破片加载技术上突破,同时在弹药安全性领域寻求新技术;建议借鉴国外试验方法与评估标准,建立适用于我国的破片撞击不敏感弹药安全性试验与评估技术体系。
The latest research progress of fragment impact insensitive ammunition safety test technology was reviewed,mainly including ammunition safety development process,high-speed fragment loading technology,fragment impact test method and evaluation standard.The research situation of different fragmentation loading devices and their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed in detail.In view of the research on the safety technology of fragment impingement ammunition,it is proposed that we should make a breakthrough in fragment loading technology and seek for new technology in the field of ammunition safety.Based on the relatively complete and mature test methods and evaluation standards abroad,a scientific and complete safety test and evaluation technology system of fragment impact insensitive ammunition suitable for China was established.
