摘要
我国环保、能源等战略的有效落实,使得氢能源、燃料电池等技术获得了长足进步,尤其是PLC控制系统在化工制氢上优势十分突出,需对其进行深入研究与应用,使化工制氢跟上氢能源发展速度。以水电解制氢技术为核心,对PLC系统在此技术中的主要功能进行分析,对该系统补水、液位、温度、压力、电流等参量进行自动化控制,从而确保制氢系统稳定运行,快速推进我国碳中和、碳达峰工作。
The effective implementation of China’s environmental protection,energy and other strategies has made great progress in hydrogen energy,fuel cell and other technologies,especially PLC technology,which has outstanding advantages in chemical hydrogen production,and needs to be deeply studied and applied,to keep up with the development of hydrogen energy.Based on the technology of hydrogen production by water electrolysis,this paper analyzes the main functions of PLC system in this technology,including the automatic control of the system parameters such as water supply,liquid level,temperature,pressure and current,thus,the stable operation of hydrogen production system is ensured,and the work of carbon neutralization and carbon peak is rapidly promoted in China.
