摘要
以水浴法测金属线膨胀系数为实验原型,基于高频振荡电路测频率的实际,设计了一套金属线膨胀系数测量的物理实验教学装置。该装置中待测金属管通过密封的可自由滑动的绝热圆柱体和绝缘圆柱体与电容式传感器的金属极板相连,金属管受热膨胀伸长引起电容改变,进而可调制外接高频振荡电路频率。通过测量振荡频率及相关参数,可间接计算出金属线膨胀系数的精确值。该装置创新性地将距离变化转换成振荡频率变化,结构简单易用并节约空间,有效提高了学生的实验兴趣。
Based on the water bath method in measuring the metal wire expansion coefficient, a measuring device of the metal wire expansion coefficient for physics experiment, with the high-frequency oscillation circuit as an important component, has been designed. In this device, the metal tube to be measured is connected to the metal plate of the capacitive sensor through an adiabatic cylinder and an insulating cylinder which both are hermetically sealed and free-sliding. Due to thermal expansion of the metal tube, the capacity of the capacitance sensor changes synchronously, which can modulate the frequency of the external high frequency oscillator circuit. Then, the accurate value of the metal wire expansion coefficient can be calculated indirectly by measuring the oscillation frequency and related physical quantity. So, the device can converted the distance variation into oscillation frequency change innovatively. As the device is quite simple, small, it can save space effectively and increase students’ interest in experimental.
