摘要
目的探究清热通肺汤辅助治疗痰热壅肺型重症肺炎的应用研究。方法选择84例痰热壅肺型重症肺炎患者,随机分为西医组与中药组各42例。西医组使用常规西医法进行治疗,中药组在西医组的基础上使用清热通肺汤进行治疗。比较两组治疗后的中医症状积分、血气指标及炎症因子水平。结果治疗后,两组患者咳痰、气短、舌象、脉象均下降,且中药组患者上述各项积分均低于西医组(P<0.05);治疗后,中药组动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))与氧合指数(OI)值比西医组高,动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))值比西医组低(P<0.05);治疗后,中药组患者白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-(TNF-α)及白介素-10(IL-10)水平均小于西医组(P<0.05)。结论清热通肺汤辅助治疗痰热壅肺型重症肺炎患者有更好的疗效,可以降低中医症状积分,改善气血指标,降低炎症反应。
Objective To explore the application of QingreTongfei Decoction in the treatment of severe pneumonia with retention of heat-phlegm in the lung.Methods A total of 84 patients with severe pneumonia with retention of heat-phlegm in the lung were randomly divided into western medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine group,42 cases in each group.The western medicine group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with QingreTongfei Decoction on the basis of the western medicine group.The TCM symptom score,blood gas index and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,expectoration,shortness of breath,tongue condition and pulse condition of the two groups decreased,and the scores of TCM group were lower than those of western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,PaO_(2) and OI of TCM group were higher than those of western medicine group,PaCO_(2) of TCM group was lower than that of western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,TNF-αand IL-10 in TCM group were lower than those of western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion QingreTongfei Decoction has better curative effect in the adjuvant treatment of severe pneumonia with retention of heat-phlegm in the lung,which can reduce TCM symptom score,improve blood gas index,and reduce inflammatory reaction.
