摘要
该实验采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)仪建立同时测定追风八珍酒中原儿茶酸、绿原酸、巴利森苷B、松脂醇二葡萄糖苷、毛蕊异黄酮苷、巴利森苷A、芦丁含量的方法。该方法采用Agilent SB-Aq色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长210 nm,进样量20μL。结果表明,原儿茶酸、绿原酸、巴利森苷B、松脂醇二葡萄糖苷、毛蕊异黄酮苷、巴利森苷A、芦丁在各自质量浓度范围内线性关系良好(R^(2)>0.9999),平均加标回收率为94.50%~98.82%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.75%~2.85%。该方法操作简单,准确度高,重复性好,可用于追风八珍酒中7种有效成分含量的测定。
The method for the simultaneous determination of protocatechin,chlorogenic acid,Parishin B,pinoresinol diglucoside,Calycosin-7-glucoside,Parishin A,and rutin in Zhuifeng Bazhen liquor was established with HPLC,by using Agilent SB-Aq column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid aqueous as mobile phase gradient elution,flow rate 1.0 ml/min,column temperature 30℃,detection wavelength 210 nm,and injection volume 20μl.The experimental results showed that protocatechin,chlorogenic acid,Parishin B,pinoresinol diglucoside,Calycosin-7-glucoside,Parishin A,and rutin had a good linear relationship within their respective concentration ranges(R^(2)>0.9999),and the average standard recovery rate was 94.50%-98.82%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 1.75%-2.85%.The method was simple to operate,had high accuracy and good repeatability,and could be used for the determination of the contents of 7 active ingredients in Zhuifeng Bazhen liquor.
