摘要
状态检测可以及时掌握设备运行的健康状态与性能参数,以便有计划性地制定维护维修策略,减少停机时间,避免重大损失,是风电机组运行维护及故障诊断最重要的技术手段。本文针对目前风电机组检测技术的特点,提出了基于定子电流的诊断方法,归纳推导出了定子电流的故障机理,明确了风电机组机械传动链关键设备的主要故障特征,表明了利用发电机定子电流信号分析更适用于风电机组状态检测,希望可以为风电机组检测技术提供有价值的参考。
Condition detection can timely master the health status and performance parameters of wind turbine,in order to develop maintenance and repair strategies in a planned way,reduce downtime,avoid major losses,is the most important technical means of wind turbine operation and maintenance and fault diagnosis.In this paper,According to the characteristics of wind turbine detection technology,a diagnosis method based on stator current is proposed,and the fault mechanism and characteristic frequency of stator current are deduced.It shows that the analysis of generator stator current signal is more suitable for wind turbine condition detection,hoping to provide a valuable reference for wind turbine detection technology.
