摘要
目的:观察早期认知语言康复训练在发育迟缓患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年1月至2021年1月该院收治的64例发育迟缓患儿进行前瞻性研究,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各32例,对照组予以常规康复训练,观察组予以早期认知语言康复训练。比较两组疗效、治疗前后格塞尔Gesell发育量表(个人-社交行为、语言行为、适应性行为)评分、脑电图正常率和血清生长激素水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为87.50%,高于对照组的56.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组个人-社交行为、语言行为、适应性行为评分和血清生长激素水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组脑电图正常率为81.25%,高于对照组的53.13%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期认知语言康复训练治疗发育迟缓患儿可提高治疗总有效率、Gesell发育量表评分、血清生长激素水平和脑电图正常率,优于常规康复训练效果。
Objective:To observe application effects of early cognitive language rehabilitation training in children with developmental delay.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 64 children with developmental delay who were admitted to this hospital from January 2017 to January 2021.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,32 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,while the observation group received early cognitive language rehabilitation training.The effects,the Gesell development scale(personal-social behavior,language behavior,adaptive behavior)score,the normal rate of electroencephalogram(EEG)and the serum growth hormone level were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.50%,which was higher than 56.25%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of personal social behavior,language behavior,adaptive behavior and serum growth hormone levels in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the normal rate of EEG in the observation group was 81.25%,which was higher than 53.13%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Early cognitive language rehabilitation training for the children with developmental delay can improve the total effective rate,the Gesell developmental scale score,the serum growth hormone levels and the normal rate of EEG.Moreover,it is superior to routine rehabilitation training.
