摘要
为保证电阻点焊接头拉伸剪切试验结果的有效性,分析了影响拉伸剪切试验结果的因素。选用301不锈钢、碳钢、5083铝合金电阻点焊试样,针对材料、板厚、试样尺寸、焊点直径、试验速率、试验温度等参数进行验证试验,使用三维全场应变测量分析系统(DIC)对试验过程进行数据采集。通过分析试验数据得出,拉伸速率在不大于10 mm/min的情况下对试验结果影响较小;环境温度对试验结果影响较明显,应严格要求室温温度范围,建议试验环境温度为(23±5)℃。基于DIC设备获取的应变场分析得出饱和强度条件产生的原因是母材部分参与了整个拉伸剪切过程,当焊点四周形成完整环形的应变区域时即可获得饱和强度条件下的最大拉伸剪切力。
To ensure the validity of tensile shear test results of resistance spot welding joints,this paperanalyze the factors affecting the results of tensile shear test,Select 301 stainless steel,carbon steel,5083 aluminum alloy resistance spot welding samples.Conduct a series of verification tests for the material,plate thickness,sample size,welding spot diameter,test rate,test temperature and other parameters.The Digital Image Correlation(DIC)techniquewas used to collect data for the test process.According to the test data,the tensile rate is less than 10mm/min and has little influence on the test results.Ambient temperature has an obvious effect on the test results,so the range of room temperature should be strictly required.It is recommended that the ambient temperature of the test be 23℃±5℃.Based on the strain field analysis obtained by DIC equipment,it is concluded that the reason for saturation strength condition is that the base metal part participates in the whole tensile shear process,and the maximum tensile shear force under saturation strength condition can be obtained when a complete annular strain region is formed around the welding spot.
