摘要
随着分布式电源(DG)及储能的大量并网,考虑最大接入容量条件下进行DG及储能的选址定容对未来配电网的发展意义重大。结合储能的充放电调节特性以及对大规模DG波动性的平抑作用,分析了高比例DG接入后配电网的电压特性,建立了光伏、风机的电压偏差以及电压波动模型,同时对各类型DG以及储能的出力进行了研究。在此基础上,将电压偏差及电压波动指标纳入约束条件,建立了以配电网总投资最小、总网损最小、DG总接入容量最大、储能接入容量最小为目标函数的规划模型。利用IEEE33节点配电网模型作为算例进行仿真,并采取交互式多目标决策对结果进行分析。结果表明,该方法可在兼顾经济性和配电网电压质量的同时,给出DG在不同条件下的最大容量配置方案,为储能以及高比例分布式电源的接入提供合理的决策依据。
With a large number of distributed generators(DG)and energy storage systems(ESS)connected to the grid,it is significant for the future development of the distribution network to take into account the maximum integration capacity during the site selection and capacity determination of DGs and ESSs.This paper combines the charging and discharging regulation characteristics of ESS and the smoothing effect on the volatility of large-scale DG,analyzes the voltage characteristics of the distribution network with high penetration of DGs,establishes the voltage deviation and voltage fluctuation models of PV and wind turbine,and also studies the output capacity of various types of DGs and ESSs.On this basis,the voltage deviation and voltage fluctuation indexes arc incorporated into the constrained conditions,and a planning model is established,with minimum total investment in the distribution network,minimum total network loss,maximum total DG access capacity,and minimum ESS access capacity as the objective function.The IEEE 33 distribution network model is used as an example for simulation,and the results arc analyzed by adopting interactive multi-objective decision.The results show that the proposed method can give the maximum capacity allocation scheme for DGs under different conditions,while taking into account the economy and voltage quality of the distribution network.It provides a reasonable decision basis for ESSs as well as high percentage of DGs.
