防渗墙塑性混凝土材料性能试验研究 被引量:11

摘要 针对混凝土防渗墙材料的配合比设计,采取全面试验设计方法,取钠基膨润土掺量、粉煤灰掺量2个因素各4个掺量水平,辅以减水剂改善混凝土的物理及力学性能,制备混凝土试件并进行物理、力学及耐久性试验研究。结果表明,粉煤灰的掺入对混凝土的抗渗强度无积极影响,但可以降低混凝土防渗墙的成本;膨润土掺量为20 kg/m^(3)时,混凝土防渗墙的抗压强度达20.89 MPa,抗渗强度达到0.85 MPa。 This paper mainly focusing on the mix design of concrete impervious wall,taking a comprehensive experimental design,dosage of sodium base bentonite and fly ash are considered with four kinds of levels,supplemented by water reducing agent to improve the physical and mechanical properties of concrete.Concrete specimens are tested for their physical,mechanical and durability performance.Test results show that the incorporation of fly ash has no positive effect on the concrete impermeability strength,but can effectively reduce the cost of the concrete imperious wall.When the dosage of bentonite reaches 20 kg/m^(3),the compressive strength of concrete impermeable wall is 20.89 MPa,and the impermeable strength is 0.85 MPa.
