摘要
随着汽车行业的高速发展,消费者对整车的外观质量要求也不断升高,侧围外板作为车身最大的外表面件,各项匹配尺寸精度要求非常高,包括平度以及间隙方面要求。结合实际生产情况,涉及了部分匹配设计变更,为提高整车匹配精度,利用AutoCAD分析成形工艺及模具结构,使用蓝光扫描(GOM)等技术对模具进行了数据模拟分析和预测对比,辅助完成成形工艺及模具结构技术更改,缩短了模具调试周期,提升了冲压件质量。
With the rapid development of the automobile industry,consumers have increased requirements on the appearance quality of the vehicle.As the largest outer surface of the body,the side outer panel has very high requirements on the accuracy of the matching dimensions,including flatness and clearance requirements.Project die combined with the actual production conditions,involve partial match design change,in order to improve the matching accuracy,can use AutoCAD to analyze forming process,die structure,using blue light scanning(GOM)technology for data simulation analysis and comparison of die prediction,auxiliary complete forming process and die structures technology changes,shorten the project die debugging period,improving thequality of stamping parts.
