摘要
汽车覆盖件冷冲压模具研合率对制件表面质量和尺寸精度有重要影响,提升模具研合率可有效提升制件表面质量与尺寸精度。结合工程案例探究模具研合率对制件表面质量及尺寸精度的影响,在此基础上,简要阐述模具挠度补偿、型面强压设置及后工序非工作区域避空3种前期设计与制造阶段实施的模具研合率提升方案。可为汽车覆盖件冲压模具的设计、提升制件质量与量产过程的稳定性提供参考。
The grinding rate of cold stamping die for automobile panel has an important influence on the surface quality and dimensional precision of parts.Based on engineering cases,this paper explores the influence of die grinding rate on surface quality and dimensional accuracy of parts.On this basis,it briefly introduces three methods of improving die grinding rate implemented in the early design and manufacturing stage,including die deflection compensation,die surface pressure setting and non-working area avoidance.This paper can provide reference for the design of stamping die of automobile panel,improving product quality and stability of mass production process.
