ZW863ESR超镜面车灯模具钢开发及研究

摘要 ZW863ESR超镜面车灯模具钢,在GB/T1299-20144Cr5MoSiV、ASTMA681-2008 H11、DINENISO4957-20011.2343(X37CrMoV5-1)基础上进行成分优化设计,材料性能及稳定性得到进一步提升。采用建龙集团高纯净度高炉+转炉+精炼+真空脱气+连铸流程精炼钢作为电极母材,经保护气氛电渣重熔+高温均质化+多向锻造成型+超细化处理,获得高纯净度、高均匀性、高韧性车灯模具钢材料。在模块冒口中心位置取样,进行调质热处理,根据NADCA#207-2016标准,冲击试样硬度达到44~46HRC,进行无缺口冲击性能检测,横向无缺口冲击功达到320J以上,等向性达到0.9以上,抛光试样硬度达到46~48HRC,进行抛光性能检测,抛光亮度达到12000#,可满足高端车灯模具使用要求。 By improving the chemaical composition, ZW863ESR ultra-mirror auto lamp mould steel offers better material properties and stability than 4Cr5MoSiV(GB/T 1299-2014), H11(ASTM A681-2008) and 1.2343(DIN EN ISO 4 957-2001). Through high purity BF+BOF+LF+VD+CC melting process, protective atmosphere electroslag remelting process, high temperature homogenization,multi-directional forging process and then ultrafine treatment, the high purity,high uniformity and high toughness lamp mold steel material was finally made. Sampling and testing according to NADCA#207-2016, its impact sample hardness is 44~46HRC, transverse non-notch impact above 320J, isotropism above 0.9, polished sample hardness is 46~48HRC,polishing brightness up to 12000#, which can meet the requirements of high-end auto lamp mould.
