摘要
随着新型电力系统的发展,新能源电站与多元负荷的广泛接入增加了电力系统的实时数据量,进而影响到数据中心(internet data center,IDC)的数据吞吐与供能规划。数据中心作为信息物理系统的核心组成部分,其绿色高效供能对于低碳发展具有重要意义。该文提出了基于能量流-数据流协同规划理论的电网数据中心服务质量及其综合供能系统联合规划策略,首先针对电网数据负荷特点建立“输入-分类-处理-输出”的数据处理模式;其次利用信息层和供能层的共同能量交换介质建立信息网、冷热电综合供能网深度耦合的信息物理能量交换网络;并以提升信息服务质量和降低综合供能网供能成本为目标,建立了电网数据中心信息层-供能层联合规划模型。最后以某典型数据中心为例验证了所提策略的有效性。
With the development of new power systems,the extensive access of new energy power stations and multiple loads increases the real-time data volume of the power system,which in turn affects the data throughput and energy supply planning of IDC(internet data center).As the core component of the cyber-physical system,the data center is of great significance in its green and efficient energy supply for the low-carbon development.This paper proposes a power grid data center service quality and its integrated energy supply system joint planning strategy based on the energy flow-data flow collaborative planning theory.Firstly,according to the characteristics of the power grid data load,a data processing mode of "inputting-classifying-processing-outputting" is established.Secondly,the common energy exchange medium of the information layer and the energy supply layer is applied to establish a cyber-physical energy exchange network with deep coupling of the information network and the cold-thermal power integrated energy supply network.In order to improve the quality of information service and lower the energy supply costs of the integrated energy supply network,a joint planning model of the information layer and the energy supply layer of the power grid data center is established.Finally,a typical data center is taken as an example to verify the effectiveness of the strategy proposed in this paper.
