区域低碳综合能源系统规划关键技术与挑战 被引量:35

Regional Low-carbon Integrated Energy System Planning:Key Technologies and Challenges

摘要 区域低碳综合能源系统在“双碳”目标的实现路径中将扮演重要角色,其规划研究领域仍有许多关键技术有待突破。首先,提炼区域低碳综合能源系统的定义和特点;其次,分别从源侧、网侧、荷侧和储侧出发,分析区域低碳综合能源系统的形态特征及减碳潜力;然后,系统性梳理区域低碳综合能源系统规划的多能耦合建模、多能流分析方法、碳排放分析方法及不确定性分析方法;在此基础上,归纳总结区域低碳综合能源系统的规划模型及其求解算法,并做出评述;最后,对区域低碳综合能源系统规划未来面临的挑战进行展望。 Regional low-carbon integrated energy system will play an important role in the realization of the “double carbon” goals,and there are still many key technologies to be broken through in its planning and research field.First,the definition and characteristics of a regional low-carbon integrated energy system are refined;Second,the morphological characteristics and its carbon reduction potential of the regional integrated energy system are analyzed from the sides of the source,the grid,the load and the storage respectively;Then,the multi-energy coupling modeling,the methods of the multi-energy flow analysis,the carbon emission and uncertainty analyses are systematically sorted out;On this basis,the regional low-carbon integrated energy system planning model and its solution algorithm are summarized and commented.Finally,the future challenges of the regional low-carbon integrated energy system are prospected.
