摘要 针对矿井掘进机切割截齿损坏问题,对掘进机截齿圆锥挑选的强度进行了有限元分析。研究了锥选的失效形式,建立了基于ANSYS软件分析的锥形截齿有限元模型,根据有限元仿真计算出的荷载进行静态分析,得到了变形图和应力分布。结果表明,截齿的最大应力出现在底座合金连接部位。为了检验静态分析结果,对锥形截齿切割过程的接触分析进行了研究,数据显示了与实际工程的一致性。有限元分析不仅为研究截齿的强度和提高截齿使用寿命提供了新的途径,还为截齿的选择、设计和使用提供了可靠的理论依据。 In view of the damage problem of cutting cut-off teeth of mine roadheader,finite element analysis was conducted on the strength of conical selection of cut-off teeth of roadheader.The failure form of the cone pick was studied,a finite element model of the cone pick based on ANSYS software analysis was established,static analysis was carried out based on the loads calculated from the finite element simulation,and deformation diagrams and stress distribution were obtained.The results show that the maximum stress of the truncated tooth appears in the base alloy connection area.To test the results of the static analysis,a contact analysis of the cutting process of the tapered cut-off gear was investigated and the data showed agreement with the actual project.The finite element analysis not only provides a new way to study the strength and improve the service life of cut-off teeth,but also provides a reliable theoretical basis for the selection,design and use of cut-off teeth.
