摘要
针对大功率多电机驱动皮带输送机在现场应用过程中存在电机功率不平衡、能耗高等问题,对多电机智能控制系统展开研究。综合使用S120变频器、S7-300PLC以及光纤网络对多电机运行进行控制,通过电流互感器监测各电机输入电流,并经PID控制实现输入电流均衡,从而达到多电机功率平衡目的;同时智能控制系统可依据皮带输送机煤流量调节电机转速,降低皮带输送机能耗以及磨损。现场应用后,该多电机智能控制系统表现出较为显著的应用效果,可满足井下皮带输送机运行控制需求。
Aiming at the problems of unbalanced motor power and high energy consumption in the field application of high-power multi-motor driven belt conveyors,the multi-motor intelligent control system is studied.The S120 inverter,S7-300 PLC and fibre optic network are used to control the multi-motor operation.The input current of each motor is monitored by current transformer and the input current is balanced by PID control to achieve multi-motor power balance;meanwhile,the intelligent control system can adjust the motor speed according to the coal flow of the belt conveyor to reduce the energy consumption and wear of the belt conveyor.After the field application,the multi-motor intelligent control system shows a more significant application effect,which can meet the downhole belt conveyor operation control requirements.
