摘要
针对带式输送机在运行过程中故障率高、稳定性差的问题,提出了一种新的输送机运行状态智能监控体系。通过采用弱磁性检测方案实现对输送带钢丝绳芯损伤的检测,通过红外线成像温度检测的方案实现对托辊、滚筒等故障的检测,通过采用视觉检测的方案实现了采煤机输送带煤流分布情况的检测。根据实际应用表明,该智能监控系统能够将输送带的运行可靠性提高88.4%,对输送带异常的报警准确性可达94.7%,极大地提升了输送机系统的运行稳定性。
A new intelligent monitoring system of conveyor running status is proposed for the deficiencies of high failure rate and poor stability of belt conveyor in the operation process.The detection of damage to the wire rope core of the conveyor belt is achieved by using a weak magnetic detection scheme,the detection of faults in the rollers and rollers by using an infrared imaging temperature detection scheme,and the detection of the coal flow distribution of the conveyor belt of the coal mining machine is achieved by using a visual detection scheme.According to the practical application,the intelligent monitoring system can improve the reliability of conveyor belt operation by 88.4%,and the accuracy of alarming abnormalities in the conveyor belt can reach 94.7%,which greatly improves the operating stability of the conveyor system.
