摘要
目的 分析广州口岸出入境人员中HIV感染者感染毒株的亚型分布特征,为有效开展口岸艾滋病防控提供科学依据。方法 从2015—2020年检测的266份HIV-1抗体确证阳性的血液样本中提取核酸,通过巢式PCR方法扩增HIV-1的gag和pol基因,将PCR产物测序后与不同亚型的HIV毒株对比分析,确定其基因亚型。结果 266例感染者中有180例的样本成功扩增及测序,发现16种HIV-1基因亚型和重组型。其中,CRF01_AE 53例(29.4%),CRF07_BC 52例(28.9%),CRF02_AG 17例(9.4%),B型17例(9.4%),C型12例(6.7%),CRF08_BC 6例(3.3%),A6型6例(3.3%),CRF55_01B 4例(2.2%),A1型3例(1.7%),D型2例(1.1%),G型2例(1.1%);CRF37_cpx 2例(1.1%);F1型1例(0.6%),CRF59_01B 1例(0.6%),CRF22_01A1 1例(0.6%),CRF0701 1例(0.6%)。结论 广州口岸出入境人员HIV感染者所感染的HIV-1亚型和重组型呈明显的多样性和复杂性。
Objective To understand the distribution characteristics of genotype of HIV-1 from entry-exit personnel at Guangzhou port,to provid scientiftic basis for effective AIDS prevention and control at ports. Methods The nucleotide was extracted from samples of 266 cases of HIV-1 antibody positive 2015-2020,and the gag and pol genes were amplified by nested-PCR. PCR products were sequenced,compared and analyzed with the reference strains to determine the HIV-1 subtype. Results There were 180 amplifying positive samples among the 266samples,and 16 kinds of HIV-1 subtypes or recombinants were founded. The results showed that CRF01_AE was predominant by 29.4%(53 cases),followed by CRF07_BC of 28.9%(52 cases),CRF02_AG of 9.4%(17 cases),B of 9.4%(17 cases),C of 6.7%(12 cases),CRF08_BC and A6 of 3.3%(6 cases) respectively,CRF55_01B of 2.2%(4 cases),A1 of 1.7%(3 cases),D,G and CRF37_cpx of 1.1%(2 cases) respectively,F1 CRF59_01B 1,CRF22_01A1,CRF0701 of 0.6%(1 cases). Conclusion There were many kinds of HIV-1 subtypes and recombinants among the enter-exit personnel at Guagnzhou port.
