摘要
装载机是一种常用工程机械,装载机认知和拆装实验由于零部件笨重、缺乏安全性一直是一个难题。虚拟仿真实验是解决这项问题的有效方法。对装载机虚拟仿真实验的网络化管理系统,数字化文件系统和人机交互系统进行研究,实现一到两种部件的虚拟装配实验。结合主传动实际装配以及拆卸视频,确定软件中主传动模型的实际拆装过程,通过Unity3D软件对主传动拆装进行虚拟仿真,主传动的拆装均通过代码实现,同时注意使用时视角自由切换功能和显示零件名称功能的实现。利用Unity3D软件实现环境的搭建,开发人机交互按钮界面与实验报错功能的实现。这不仅减少了实机拆装对机械可能带来的损伤,减少二次故障率。同时,通过拆装虚拟训练系统进行装配训练,使操作形象、直观、方便,具有很高的经济和教学价值。
Loader is a common engineering machine.Loader recognition and disassembly experiments are always a difficult problem due to heavy parts and lack of safety.Virtual simulation experiment is an effective method to solve the problem.The network management system,digital file system and human-machine interaction system of loader virtual simulation experiment were studied to realize virtual assembly experiments of one or two components.Combining the actual assembly and disassembly video of the main drive,the actual disassembly and assembly process of the main drive model in the software was determined.The disassembly and assembly of the main drive were simulated by Unity3D software.The disassembly and assembly of the main drive were all realized by code.Meanwhile,the function of free switching of view angle and displaying part name was also paid attention to.Unity3D software was used to build the environment and develop the interface of human-machine interaction button and the realization of error detection function.The research not only reduces the possible damage to the machine caused by the disassembly and assembly of the real machine,but also reduces the secondary failure rate.At the same time,assembly training is carried out by disassembling and assembling virtual training system,which makes the operation image,intuitive and convenient and has high economic and teaching value.
