摘要
紧急操作装置是电梯最重要的应急安全装置之一。新标准GB/T 7588.1-2020较旧标准GB 7588-2003+XG1-2015而言,对紧急操作装置做出了全新的技术要求。随着新标准实施时期的日益迫近,对紧急操作装置新技术要求的掌握显得迫在眉睫,尤为重要。首先,依据逻辑关系对紧急操作过程进行了步骤分解:第一步,曳引机制动器打开;第二步,移动轿厢到附近层站。其次,分步解析曳引机制动器打开方式、方法及移动轿厢到附近层站方式和载荷条件的新技术要求。最后,对重力导致自行移动、手动操作机械装置、手动操作电动装置和紧急电动运行控制装置这4类新标准电梯紧急操作装置逐一进行详细解读,并且与旧标准有关要求做对比分析,对理解、掌握新标准电梯紧急操作装置有很好的参考价值。
The emergency operating device is one of the most important emergency safety devices for elevators.The new standard GB/T 7588.1-2020 makes new technical requirements for emergency operating devices compared with the old standard GB 7588-2003+XG1-2015.As the date of implementation of the new standard approaches,it is particularly important to grasp the new technical requirements of emergency operating devices.Firstly,the emergency operation process was decomposed according to the logic relationship:the first step was to open the brake of the traction machine;the second step was to move the car to the nearby landing.Secondly,the new technology requirements of the traction mechanism actuator opening method andmanner and the manner of moving the car to the nearby layer station and the load conditions were analyzed step by step.Finally,the four new types of new standard elevator emergency operating devices such as self-movementcaused by gravity,manually operated mechanical devices,manually operated electric devices and emergency electric operation control devices were interpreted in detail one by one,and the requirements related to the old standards were compared and analyzed.It has a good reference value for understanding and mastering the new standard elevator emergency operation device.
