摘要
创新创业教育与专业教育有机融合符合建设创新型国家的需要和高等职业教育改革方向,有助于提升高等教育教学质量,但当前专业教育与创新创业教育的融合仍存在管理机制不匹配、教学体系不系统和师资建设滞后等问题。对此,提出构建立体化的课程体系、建设专兼结合的师资队伍以及完善考核、激励和保障体系等一系列对策。
The organic integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education meets the need of constructing an innovative nation and the reform of higher vocational education.However, there are still many problems in the integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education.The paper puts forward such countermeasures as establishing a three-dimensional curriculum system, building a professional and part-time teaching staff, and improving the system of assessment, motivation and guarantee.
