电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定云南中药材中25种元素 被引量:3

Simultaneous determination of 25 elements in Yunnan Chinese medicinal materials by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry

摘要 采用电感耦合等离子体质谱技术,开发了一种同时测定中药材中25种元素的方法,并对云南7种中药材进行含量分析。中药材样品经HNO_(3)–H_(2)O_(2)体系微波消解后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪进行分析。25种元素在各自的质量浓度范围内与质谱强度和内标质谱强度的比值具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999,检出限为0.001~0.2 mg/kg。除个别低含量元素外,6次平行测定值的相对标准偏差均小于6%(n=6),样品加标回收率为73.2%~104.8%。运用该方法对7种中药材进行检测,结果显示,云南不同种类中药材中同种元素含量差异极大,25种元素总含量差异也较大。对比其中5种元素的中国药典电感耦合等离子体质谱法,该方法改进了消化步骤,可准确检测颜色较深的中药材。 Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was used to develop a method for the simultaneous determination of 25 elements in Chinese medicinal materials,and 7 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine in Yunnan were analyzed.After microwave digestion in HNO_(3)–H_(2)O_(2) system,the samples of traditional Chinese medicine were analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.The 25 elements had a good linear relationship with the ratio of mass spectrum intensity and internal standard mass spectrum intensity within their respective mass concentration range,the correlation coefficient was more than 0.999,and the detection limit was 0.001–0.2 mg/kg.Except for a few low content elements,the relative standard deviation of the six parallel determination values was less than 6%(n=6),and the recovery of the sample was 73.2%–104.8%.This method was used to detect 7 kinds of Chinese medicinal materials.The results showed that the content of the same element in different kinds of Chinese medicinal materials in Yunnan was very different,and the total content of 25 elements was also quite different.Compared with the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry of Chinese pharmacopoeia for five elements,this method improves the digestion step and can accurately detect darker Chinese medicinal materials.
