摘要
拟定能力验证计划,对广西检验检测机构的大气中苯系物分析能力进行对比和评价。采用单因子方差对考核样进行均匀性检测,对68家检验检测机构的检测结果进行四分位稳健统计分析,用Z比分值做柱状图直观评定测试结果。评价结果显示,广西检验检测机构的大气中苯系物总体检测能力较高,苯系物(苯、甲苯、邻二甲苯)三项检测结果均满意的机构占73.5%,部分满意的机构占17.7%,均不满意的机构占8.8%。不满意的机构主要存在分析使用的二硫化碳溶剂未经过净化、分析前未对质谱仪进行调谐试验等问题,应加强相关标准和规范的培训。
A proficiency testing plan to compare and evaluate the analytical capabilities of benzene series compounds in the atmosphere of Guangxi inspection and testing institutions was formulate.One-factor variance was used to test the uniformity of the assessment samples,and the test results submitted by 68 participating organizations in Guangxi were analyzed by quartile robust statistical analysis and assessed using the Z-score.The evaluation results showed that the overall detection ability of benzene series in the atmosphere of Guangxi inspection and testing institutions was high.73.5% of the institutions were satisfied with the detection results of benzene series (benzene,toluene,o-xylene),17.7% of the institutions were partially satisfied,and 8.8% of the institutions were dissatisfied.The dissatisfied institutions mainly had the problems that the carbon disulfide solvent used in the analysis had not been purified,and the mass spectrometer had not been tuned before the analysis.The training of relevant standards and specifications should be strengthened.
