摘要
内蒙古某铜尾矿含铜0.14%左右,具有再利用价值,但尾矿含泥较多,铜的再选难度较大。针对该问题,重点研究了分级再磨方式对尾矿铜再选的影响,对比了“直接浮选”、“再磨浮选”、“预先分级-粗粒再磨-合并浮选”和“预先分级脱泥-再磨浮选”等再选方案,发现再磨可以实现铜矿物的有效解离,大幅提升铜精矿的品位和作业回收率;预先脱泥可大幅提升铜精矿品位,有效改善铜浮选的作业指标。因此,确定最佳的再选方案为“预先分级脱泥-再磨浮选”,该方案获得的工艺指标最优,在给矿铜品位为0.139%的条件下,可获得铜品位和回收率分别为13.04%和44.73%的铜精矿。
A copper tailing in Inner Mongolia contains about 0.14% of copper, which has the value of reuse.However, the tailings contain more mud, so it is difficult to recover copper.In order to solve this problem, the effect of classification and regrinding methods on copper tailings reprocessing was studied.The reprocessing schemes of direct flotation, regrinding flotation, pre-classification-primary regrinding-combined flotation and pre-classification desliming-regrinding flotation were compared.It was found that regrinding can realize the effective dissociation of copper minerals and greatly improve the grade and recovery of copper concentrate.Pre-desliming can greatly improve the grade of copper concentrate and effectively improve the operation index of copper flotation.Therefore, the best reconcentration scheme was determined as pre-classification desliming-regrinding flotation, which obtained the best process indexes, and the copper concentrate with copper grade of 13.04% and recovery of 44.73% could be obtained under the condition of copper grade of 0.139%.
