摘要
通过总结纯电动乘用车换电技术方案的演变历程和换电车型运营情况,分析了不同车型的换电方案技术特点,分析总结了各技术方案在实际运营中出现的问题,通过对比和优化设计为实际换电车型设计提出优化方案。重点研究了底盘换电方案中的电池机构锁止结构方案,比较了各方案的技术参数和性能参数,整车厂与换电运营商联合经过仿真和实物对比验证,确定旋转锁止技术方案,完成设计开发和小批量样车的换电运营,验证了该方案的技术先进性和可靠性,表明旋转锁止方案更具优势,更符合使用要求。目前该换电车型已经在多个城市批量运行良好,该技术方案也将推广到商用车换电车型中。
By summarizing the evolution of the battery-swapping technical scheme of pure electric passenger vehicles and operation condition of battery-swapping passenger vehicles,the technical characteristics of the battery-swapping schemes of different models were analyzed,and the problems in the actual operation of each technical scheme were analyzed and summarized.The optimization scheme for the actual battery-swapping design was put forward through comparison and optimization design.The locking structure scheme of battery mechanism in the chassis battery-swapping scheme was mainly studied,and the technical parameters and performance parameters of each scheme were compared.After comparison and verification of simulation and real objects,the vehicle manufacturer and the battery-swapping operator jointly determined the rotary locking technical scheme,completed the design and development and the battery-swapping operation of small batch of sample vehicles,verified the technical progressiveness and reliability of the scheme.The result shows that the rotary locking scheme is more advantageous and meets the use requirements.At present,the batteryswapping passenger vehicles has been running well in batches in many cities,and the technical scheme will also be promoted to the commercial vehicles.
