摘要 汽车制造业制造质量日益要求严格,动力总成装配过程防错设计是产线规划前期的必要工作项,投产后装配过程防错也是产品质量把控的关键步骤,智能视觉设备及传感器是常见的防错设备,合理的防错装置可以预防零件错漏装、反装、密封胶线轨迹偏移等问题,使生产产线智能化,降低人工误判率,提升制造节拍,有效把控动力总成装配质量,助力制造高质量产品。 The automobile manufacturing industry has increasingly strict requirements for manufacturing quality,error proof design of powertrain assembly process is a necessary work item in the early stage of production line planning,error proofing in the assembly process after production is also a key step in product quality control,intelligent vision devices and sensors are common error proofing devices,a reasonable error proofing device can prevent the wrong and missing installation of parts,reverse installation,sealant line offset and other problems,make the production line intelligent,and reduce manual misjudgment rate,improve manufacturing tempo,effectively control the assembly quality of power assembly and help to manufacture high-quality products.
