摘要 “生物分离工程”作为生物化学工程的重要组成部分,极具应用性和实践性特点。本文以“生物分离工程”的课程特色为出发点,分析了其教学中普遍存在的“重理论、轻应用”现象可能产生的严重后果,并针对此问题提出了强化本课程实践教学的方法与途径,同时阐述了课程强化实践教学的意义,以期为“生物分离工程”的实践性教学改革提供借鉴与参考。 Biological Separation Engineering, as an important part of Biochemical Engineering, has the characteristics of application and practice.Based on the course characteristics of Biological Separation Engineering, the possible serious consequences of the widespread phenomenon of “emphasizing theory and neglecting application” in its teaching were analyzed.In view of this problem, the methods and ways to strengthen the practical teaching of this course were put forward, and the significance of strengthening the practical teaching of this course was expounded.The reference for the practical teaching reform of Biological Separation Engineering was provided.
