摘要
大规模湿垃圾资源化方式为厌氧发酵,而因其量大导致预处理浆液量过剩,尤其是餐厨垃圾,亟需探索新的资源化利用途径。餐厨垃圾中存在大量的淀粉、纤维素、油脂、蛋白质等高分子物质,含有-OH、-COOH和C=C等特征官能团,具有发生聚合交联特性。本文采用自由基聚合交联技术制备出湿垃圾水凝胶(FW-Hydrogel),在质量分数9.1%丙烯酸、0.2% N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺、4mmol/L过硫酸钾以及70℃合成温度条件下,FW-Hydrogel的最大吸水率Q为90.0g/g。对合成过程用尿素进行pH调控,可使合成的凝胶pH处于中性,具备凝胶缓释肥的应用前景。
Anaerobic fermentation is the main resource method for wet waste,while leading to the excess amount of pretreatment slurry,especially food waste.It is urgent to explore new ways of resource utilization.Based on the presence of large amounts of starch,cellulose,fat,protein and-OH,-COOH and C=C characteristic functional groups,the free radical crosslinking polymerization technique was employed in this study.A novel superabsorbent hydrogel product (Food waste-Hydrogel,FW-Hydrogel) with excellent water absorption performance was successfully fabricated based on FW in aqueous solution.The results of batch experiments showed that the maximum water absorption (Q) of FW-Hydrogel was 90.0 g/g with the synthesis conditions:i.e.9.1 AA,4 mmol/L KPS,0.2 MBA and 70C synthesis temperature.In the synthesis process,urea was used for the pH regulator,which ensured the pH of hydrogel was neutral,for the slow release fertilizer application.
