摘要
为了提高无线网络安全风险评估的准确性,对无线网络安全进行实时高精度控制,提出了基于卷积神经网络的无线网络安全风险评估及控制方法.通过基于卷积神经网络模型的无线网络安全风险评估方法,评估无线网络安全风险,使用基于遗传算法与PID控制理论的网络稳定控制优化方法实现无线网络稳定控制,采用网络安全攻击数据库KDD Cup99作为测试对象.结果表明:所提方法正确率高,误报率低;在该方法控制下,无线网络输出信号幅值与期望幅值十分接近;评估耗时与控制耗时较低,能够保证无线网络安全.
In order to improve the accuracy of wireless network security risk assessment,real-time and high-precision control of wireless network security was performed,and a risk assessment and control method for wireless network security based on convolutional and neural network was proposed.The security risk of wireless network was evaluated through a method for wireless network security risk assessment based on a convolutional and neural network model,and the stability control of wireless network was realized by a network stability control optimization method based on both genetic algorithm and PID control theory.The network security attack database KDD Cup99 was employed as the test object.The results show that the as-proposed method has higher accuracy and lower false alarm rate.Under the control of as-proposed method,the output signal amplitude of wireless network is very close to the expected value,and the time consumption of assessment and control are very lower,being able to guarantee the security of wireless network.
