摘要
【目的】研究旨在筛选出感染桐花树毛颚小卷蛾幼虫的高致病力菌株,为防治该虫提供新的生物资源。【方法】利用2株金龟子绿僵菌和3株球孢白僵通过孢子悬浮液浸渍法筛选高致病力菌株,林间采用人工投放真菌粉炮进行防治。【结果】获得对毛颚小卷蛾幼虫致病力高的金龟子绿僵菌Ma ZPTR-01-01和MaFZ-12,其感染毛颚小卷蛾幼虫后的校正死亡率分别为100%和94.5%,僵虫率为91.7%和86.7%,致死中时(LT50)分别为1.52 d、3.04 d。对绿僵菌MaZPTR-01-01粉炮和白僵菌BbFZ-48粉炮进行林间毛颚小卷蛾幼虫的生防测试,施药3 d后的校正防效分别为20.44%、6.51%,7 d后分别为29.74%、30.26%。【意义】比较了金龟子绿僵菌和球孢白僵菌对桐花树毛颚小卷蛾幼虫的防治效果,对其在生物防治应用上具有很好的参考价值。
[Objective] This study aims to screen out high pathogenicity strains against larvae of Lasiognatha cellifera, and provide strain resources for the biological control of this insect. [Method] The virulence of two strains of Metarhizium anisopliae and three strains of Beauveria bassiana were tested by dipping larvae with spore suspensions in the laboratory, placing the powder in the field. [Results] The strains MaZPTR-01-01 and MaFZ-12of M. anisopliae had high pathogenicity to the larvae of L. cellifera, with the corrected mortality rate of 100% and 94.5%, cadaver rate of 91.7% and 86.7%, after inoculation, and the LT50 value were 1.52 d and 3.04 d, respectively.The corrected control effects were respectively 20.44% and 6.51% after 3 days, and 29.74% and 30.26% after 7 days,with the powder of the strain MaZPTR-01-01 of M. anisopliae and the strain BbFZ-48 of B. bassiana. [Significance]This study compared the control effect of M. anisopliae and B. bassiana against the larvae of L. cellifera, showing a great reference value in biological control.
