摘要
目的探讨检验科质量管理中持续质量改进方案的实施及效果,以便为检验科质量管理提供参考。方法寿光市中医医院检验科质量管理从2020年开始实施持续质量改进,2018年1月—2020年1月采取传统质量管理模式,选取不同科室的40名医护人员为对照组的2020年2月—2022年2月选取本院不同科室的40名医护人员为观察组,于两个时间段随机抽取健康体检者、门诊患者、住院患者各500例为研究对象,比较两组健康体检者、门诊患者、住院患者对检验总满意度,同时对比不同科室对检验结果的满意度评分。结果观察组健康体检者、门诊患者、住院患者对检验总满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组泌尿科满意度评分、手术室满意度评分、普外科满意度评分及骨科满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论检验科质量管理中开展持续质量改进,可以明显提高健康体检者、门诊患者、住院患者对检验满意度,同时提升不同科室对检验结果满意程度,值得在检验科开展。
Objective To discuss the implementation and effect of the continuous quality improvement plan in the quality management of the laboratory department,in order to provide reference for the quality management of the laboratory department.Methods Continuous quality improvement was implemented from 2020 in the quality management of the Laboratory Department of Shouguang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.40 medical staff from different departments of the hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the control group,and the traditional quality management model was adopted.40 medical staff from different departments of the hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the observation group,and a continuous quality improvement plan was adopted.A total of 500 healthy subjects,outpatients and inpatients were randomly selected in two time periods as the research objects,and the total test satisfaction of the two groups of healthy subjects,outpatients and inpatients was compared.At the same time,the satisfaction scores of different departments on the test results were compared.Results The total satisfaction of healthy people,outpatients,and inpatients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the urology satisfaction score,operating room satisfaction score,general surgery satisfaction score and orthopedic satisfaction score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out continuous quality improvement in the quality management of the laboratory department can significantly improve the total test satisfaction of healthy examiners,outpatients and inpatients, and at the same time improve the satisfaction level of different departments with the test results, which is worth carrying out in the laboratory department.
