摘要
本研究主要致力于分析新医疗改革环境下的公立医院管理制度创新策略,首先从公立医院的机会分析、优势分析、劣势分析、威胁分析等角度出发指明新医改下公立医院现状,通过结合在固定资产管理、制约管理水平提升、内部审计无规范化制度管理中存在的问题,从对医院管理人员人才引进机制的大力改革、坚持实施集中化战略、完善医院管理人员评价机制共3个方面的角度分析,详细地阐明公立医院管理制度创新策略,整合好医院各种优势资源,集中医疗服务自身资源和范围为某一区域,从纵深方向发展满足和健康有关需求,坚持以各种服务为载体,形成以医疗技术为核心,打造该领域内的强势品牌,以期更好地完善医院管理人员的评价机制,促进管理人员素质的提升。
This research is mainly devoted to analyzing the innovation strategies of public hospital management system under the new medical reform environment.First,it points out the current situation of public hospitals under the new medical reform from the perspectives of opportunity analysis,advantage analysis,disadvantage analysis,and threat analysis of public hospitals.By combining the problems existing in the management of fixed assets,the improvement of the control management level,and the non-standardized system management of internal audit.From the perspectives of vigorously reforming the talent introduction mechanism of hospital management personnel,insisting on the implementation of the centralized strategy,and improving the evaluation mechanism of hospital management personnel,this paper clarifies the innovation strategy of public hospital management system in detail.Integrate various advantageous resources of the hospital,and concentrate its own resources and scope of medical services to a certain area.It develops in depth to meet health-related needs,adheres to various services as the carrier,forms a strong brand with medical technology as the core,and builds a strong brand in this field,in order to better improve the evaluation mechanism of hospital management personnel,and promote the improvement of the quality of management personnel.
