奥司他韦联合小柴胡颗粒治疗病毒性肺炎的临床观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的研究奥司他韦联合小柴胡颗粒对病毒性肺炎患者的治疗效果、心肌酶谱水平及免疫功能的影响。方法将160例病毒性肺炎患者采用随机数字序列对照试验设计法分为对照组(奥司他韦治疗)及试验组(奥司他韦联合小柴胡颗粒治疗),每组80例。检测两组患者临床疗效、症状好转时间,运用SAP法检测免疫功能,检测心肌酶谱水平,ELISA检测炎症因子水平,观察不良反应情况。结果治疗前两组各指标比较均无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、CD3+升高,CD8+、肌酸激酶(CK)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)降低(P<0.05),且试验组效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组临床疗效、症状好转时间明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论奥司他韦联合小柴胡颗粒可有效降低心肌酶谱及炎症因子水平,提高机体免疫功能,对病毒性肺炎患者具有显著的治疗效果。 Objective:To study the effect of oseltamivir combined with Xiaochaihu Granules on the treatment of viral pneumonia patients,the level of cardiomyocyte enzyme and immune function.Methods:A total of 160 patients with viral pneumonia who were treated in our hospital were divided into control group(oseltamivir treatment)and experimental group(oseltamivir combined with Xiaochaihu Granules treatment)by random number sequence control trial design method,80 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy and symptom improvement time of the patients in each group were detected,the immune function of the patients was detected by SAP method,the level of myocardial enzyme spectrum was detected,the level of inflammatory factors was detected by ELISA,and the adverse reactions were observed.Results:There was no significant difference in each index between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,CD3+increased,symptom improvement time,CD8+,CK,AST,LDH,IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α,CRP decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),and the effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oseltamivir combined with Xiaochaihu Granules can effectively reduce the levels of myocardial enzyme spectrum and inflammatory factors,improve the immune function of the body,and has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with viral pneumonia.
