电感在线辨识下的永磁同步电动机制动能量回馈控制仿真

摘要 为提高永磁同步电动机(PMSM)制动能量回馈的稳定性与控制精度,针对能量回馈效率较低、电流过零点畸变的问题,进行电感在线辨识下的PMSM制动能量回馈控制仿真分析。分析PMSM机制动特性,获取PMSM的再生能量,设计PMSM制动能量回馈控制方案,采用脉冲宽度调制作为PMSM整流前端,以能量回馈的方式处理电动机制动能量再生状态生成的能量,通过电感在线辨识,抑制由于PWM整流器储能单元的滤波电感,引起的输入电流畸变问题,优化PMSM制动能量回馈控制结果。仿真结果表明,该方法可有效抑制电流过零点畸变问题,确保PMSM制动能量回馈的稳定性,高效降低PMSM能耗,回馈能量高,具有较高的能量回馈效率。 In order to improve the stability and control accuracy of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) braking energy feedback, aiming at the problems of low energy feedback efficiency and current zero crossing distortion, the simulation analysis of permanent magnet synchronous motor braking energy feedback control under inductance on-line identification was carried out. The braking characteristics of PMSM was analyzed, the regenerative energy of PMSM was obtained, the PMSM braking energy feedback control scheme was designed, pulse width modulation was used as the front end of PMSM rectification, and the energy generated by the regenerative state of motor braking energy was dealed with in the way of energy feedback;Through on-line inductance identification, the input current distortion caused by the filter inductance at the network side of PWM rectifier was suppressed, and the PMSM braking energy feedback control result was optimized. The simulation results show that the method can effectively suppress the current zero crossing distortion and ensure the stability of PMSM braking energy feedback, effectively reduce PMSM energy consumption, high feedback energy and high energy feedback efficiency.
