摘要
为满足煤矿电牵引采煤机的智能化控制需求,并解决采煤机运行参数监测实时性及全面性差、数据传输精度及速度不高的问题,对矿用电牵引采煤机智能远程监控技术进行了深入研究,设计了一套以DSP为控制核心、CAN总线通信网络架构的电牵引采煤机智能监控系统。系统可完成对采煤机的基本动作控制及运行状态实时监测,进一步提高了数据采集的精度及传输效率,保证了采煤机安全稳定运行。
In order to meet the intelligent control requirements of coal mine electric traction shearer, and solve the problems of poor real-time and comprehensiveness of shearer operation parameter monitoring, low data transmission accuracy and speed, this paper deeply studies the intelligent remote monitoring technology of coal mine electric traction shearer, and designs a set of intelligent monitoring system for electric traction shearer based on DSP as the control core and CAN bus communication network architecture. The system can complete the basic action control and real-time monitoring of the shearer, further improve the accuracy and transmission efficiency of data acquisition, and ensure the safe and stable operation of the shearer.
