摘要
为了研究蝴蝶结在不同荷载下膜面产生的力学响应及分布发展规律,首先设计了包含蒙皮结构的蝴蝶结试件的力学响应试验,研究试件处于双向张拉荷载下,在蝴蝶结拉环处施加不同面内拉力时产生的变形、应力与应变响应。然后利用有限元仿真软件建立蝴蝶结有限元模型,针对试验过程设计精细化数值模拟方案,得到试验工况下蒙皮材料的变形特征。最后提出一种试验与数值仿真结果定量对比的方法,降低了对比难度且提高了准确性。研究表明,对比结果的误差在10%以内,验证了数值模拟方案的正确性和试验数据的有效性,对蝴蝶结的力学设计研究有指导借鉴的作用。
In order to research the mechanical response and distribution of bowknot under different loads,firstly,the mechanical response test of bowknot specimen including skin structure was designed.The deformation,stress and strain response of the specimen under biaxial tension load were studied when different in-plane tension forces were applied at the bowknot tension ring.Then,the bowknot finite element model was established using FEA software,and the detailed numerical simulation scheme was designed for the test process,and the deformation characteristics of the skin material were obtained under the test conditions.Finally,a quantitative comparison method of experimental and numerical simulation results was proposed,which reduces the difficulty of comparison while improving its accuracy.The study shows that the comparison error of the results is less than 10%,which verifies the correctness of the numerical simulation scheme and the validity of the experimental data,playing an instructive role in the mechanical design of bowknot.
