摘要
目的:探讨良性甲状腺囊实性结节患者在射频消融术前行无水乙醇消融治疗的效果。方法:选取我院101例良性甲状腺囊实性结节患者随机分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=51)。对照组给予单纯射频消融,观察组射频消融术前行无水乙醇消融治疗。比较两组术中使用射频能量、消融时间及术后病灶缩小率及术后并发症情况。结果:观察组术后不同时间甲状腺结节缩小率优于对照组,消融时间短于对照组,射频能量低于对照组,不同囊实性比率结节体积缩小率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:良性甲状腺囊实性结节患者射频消融术前行无水乙醇消融治疗可通过缩短消融时间,降低射频能量,从而有效降低并发症的发生率,同时还能有效促进甲状腺结节缩小。
Objective:To investigate the effect of absolute ethanol ablation before radiofrequency ablation for benign cystic solid thyroid nodules.Methods:A total of 101 patients with benign cystic solid thyroid nodules in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=51).The control group was treated with radiofrequency ablation alone,while the observation group was treated with absolute ethanol ablation before radiofrequency ablation.The intraoperative radiofrequency energy,ablation time,postoperative lesion reduction rate and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:the ablation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the radiofrequency energy was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The reduction rate of thyroid nodules in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);The shrinkage rate of thyroid nodules in the two groups increased with the increase of the cystic solid ratio,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Absolute ethanol ablation before radiofrequency ablation for patients with benign cystic solid thyroid nodules can effectively reduce the incidence of complications by shortening the ablation time and reducing the radiofrequency energy,and can effectively promote the reduction of thyroid nodules.
