摘要
目的:分析儿童血清25-羟维生素D3[25-(OH)D3]水平不足的影响因素。方法:基于特定时间(2020年4月-2021年4月)及固定范围内(本院),选取体检儿童90例,用荧光定量免疫层析法对其血清25-(OH)D3水平进行测定,以问卷方式调查相关信息与用药情况,分析影响因素(logistic回归分析法)。结果:经单因素logistic回归得知,性别、小儿本阶段患病、小儿每日户外活动、月龄与体重为其影响因素(P<0.05)。经多因素分析显示,体重、每日户外活动时间为儿童血清25-(OH)D3水平不足的保护因素(P<0.05),而小儿本阶段患病为其危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:引起儿童25-(OH)D3不足的因素有户外活动时间不足、小儿本阶段患病、儿童体重过轻,需采取可行措施加以校正。
Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D3[25-(OH)D3]deficiency in children.Methods:Based on the specific time(April 2020 to April 2021)and within the fixed range(our hospital),90physical examination children were selected.The serum 25-(OH)D3 level was measured by fluorescence quantitative immunochromatography.The relevant information and medication were investigated by questionnaire,and the influencing factors were analyzed(logistic regression analysis).Results:The Logistic regression is known,the gender,the child’s stage is sick,and the child daily outdoor activities,the agency and weight are the factors(P<0.05).Multifactor analysis showed that the weight,daily outdoor activity time was a protective factor(P<0.05)(P<0.05),while the child was risk factor(P<0.05).Conclusion:the factors causing 25-(OH)D3 deficiency in children include insufficient time for outdoor activities,children’s illness at this stage,and children’s underweight,which should be corrected by feasible measures.
