血液灌流联合血液透析治疗对尿毒症患者甲状旁腺素、β2-微球蛋白及转铁蛋白的影响 被引量:20

摘要 目的 分析尿毒症患者经过血流灌注(HP)联合血液透析(HD)治疗后,甲状旁腺素(PTH)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、转铁蛋白(TRF)的变化情况。方法 2019年10月至2021年10月在我院收治的125例血液透析患者,根据治疗方式不同,分为对照组59例(HD)和联合组(HD+HP)66例。对比两组临床疗效、PTH、β2-MG及TRF水平、炎性因子及并发症。结果 联合组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组PTH、β2-MG、TRF、炎性因子水平均降低,且联合组低于对照组(P<0.05);联合组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 HD+HP可显著降低尿毒症患者PTH、β2-MG、TRF表达水平,清除血液中分子毒素,改善患者临床症状。 Objective To analyze the changes of parathyroid hormone(PTH), β2-microglobulin(β2-MG) and transferrin(TRF) in patients with uremia after blood perfusion(HP) combined with hemodialysis(HD) treatment.Methods One hundred and twenty-five HD patients admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were enrolled. The patients were divided into a control group(HD, n=59) and a combined group(HD+HP, n=66)according to different treatment methods. The clinical efficacy, expression levels of PTH, β2-MG and TRF, inflammatory factors and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 87.88% that was higher than 67.80% of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the expression levels of PTH, β2-MG, TRF and inflammatory factors in the two groups were decreased, and the three indexes and inflammatory factor levels in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the combined group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion HD+HP can significantly reduce the expression levels of PTH, β 2-Mg and TRF in uremia patients, remove the molecular toxins in blood, and improve the clinical symptoms of the patients.
