摘要
结合相关研究对建兰组织培养再生体系的培养基进行优化,筛选获得了建兰离体培养快繁的最佳培养基激素配方。结果表明:(1)建兰茎尖组织更适宜作为原球茎诱导的外植体材料;(2)原球茎最佳诱导培养基:MS+6-BA 4 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L;(3)不定芽最佳诱导培养基:MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L;(4)生根最佳诱导培养基:1/2 MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L。
Based on the relevant studies,the culture medium of regeneration system were optimized,and the optimal medium hormone formula of rapid propagation had been selected in this paper.The main results showed that:(1)Stem tip tissue is more suitable as the experimental material of protocorm induction;(2)The best inducible medium for protocorm:MS+6-BA 4.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L;(3)The best inducible medium of adventitious bud:MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L;(4)The best inducible medium with rooting:1/2 MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L.
