摘要
从师资来源和师资培养两大方面系统梳理了国际中文教育教师规划的研究进展,发现相关论著颇为丰富,对于国际中文师资的素质要求、培养或培训模式以及相关国家的师资培养案例均有深入的讨论。然而,现有研究尚存在一定程度的不足,主要表现为:针对中文师资的激励(奖励)机制探讨不足;研究背景的区域分布不均衡且不同区域间研究成果的共享与交流不足;相关研究与师资培育实践之间尚未形成相辅相成的转化互通机制等。为此,建议加大对国际中文师资激励机制的研究力度;加强中文师资培育实证研究背景的多元化及成果互通;建立中文师资规划研究成果与师资培育实践完善之间的转化互通机制,从而推动国际中文教育的全面发展。
This article has reviewed the studies on teacher planning for international Chinese language education from two main perspectives:the sources of teachers and teacher training.It is found that there is a wealth of research probing into the quality requirements,modes of cultivation or training and local cases in some countries.However,there remain some limitations in the existing research,including the lack of discussion on incentive mechanisms for Chinese language teachers,the uneven distribution of research contexts and the lack of sharing and exchange of research outcomes among different contexts,and the absence of a mechanism reinforcing the translation of relevant research implications into teacher training practices.In this regard,the authors of this paper suggest that the research on the incentive mechanism of international Chinese-language teachers should be strengthened,the diversity of the contexts of empirical studies on Chinese-language teacher training and the sharing of results should be enhanced,and the mechanism facilitating the translation of research implications into Chinese-language teacher planning and training practices should be established,which can contribute to the all-round development of international Chinese language education.
