基于感应电特征聚类停运母线接地状态识别方法

摘要 为防范停运母线重合闸时不明确母线接地状态引起带接地点送电事故的发生,在研究母线感应电压特征的基础上,引入模糊C均值(FCM)聚类建立停运母线接地状态识别模型。首先针对传统母线感应电模型计算结果与实测相差较大的问题,考虑断路器断口电容等实际影响因素构建改进的母线感应电模型。对停运母线感应电压进行监测,采用小波包变换(WPT)对感应电压波形信号进行分层能量谱特征提取,再通过主成分提取和归一化形成能反映母线接地状态的感应电特征向量,基于FCM聚类模型划分感应电特征向量并构建停运母线接地识别判据。在ATP-EMTP中搭建某5个实际变电站500 kV母线模型,验证了改进的母线感应电模型仿真结果与实测误差较小,适用于实际工程,所提出的接地识别方法对停运母线接地状态的辨识准确率达到99.4%,具有较高可靠性,可为防范停运母线带接地点送电提供参考。 In order to prevent the occurrence of power transmission accidents with grounded points caused by unclear bus grounding state during outage bus reclosing,on the basis of studying the characteristics of bus induced voltage,fuzzy C-means(FCM) clustering was introduced to establish a model for identifying the grounding state of the bus.To solve the problem that the calculated results of the traditional induced bus model differ greatly from the actual measured results,an improved induced bus model was constructed considering the actual influencing factors such as the capacitance of the circuit breaker.The waveform of bus voltage was measured and wavelet packet transform(WPT) was applied to extract the energy spectrum features of transient induced voltage in each frequency band.The principal component extraction and normalization were then used to reflect the characteristics of the grounding state of bus base on induced voltage.The FCM clustering model based on induced voltage was established to judge the fault state of bus.Five 500 kV bus models of actual substations was built in ATP-EMTP to carry out experiments.The results show that the improved bus induction electric model has a small error between the simulated value and the actual measured value,and is suitable for actual engineering.The proposed grounding identification method is effective for the outage bus.The accuracy rate of grounding status identification reaches 99.4%,which has high reliability and can provide a theoretical reference for preventing closing to the faulty bus.
