摘要
双氧水在医药、轻工以及环保行业中具有广阔的应用前景,如何确保工业双氧水生产的安全高效是当前行业领域的关键性课题。以HAZOP技术作为切入点,介绍了现阶段工业双氧水生产的基本流程,对其生产过程中存在的风险、隐患进行了分析和论述,并基于工艺流程选择、风险分析目标确定、风险资料与信息收集汇总、流程中的风险总结、优化安全生产措施等方面介绍了HAZOP技术的主要应用路径。
Hydrogen peroxide has broad application prospects in medicine,light industry and environmental protection industries.How to ensure the safety and efficiency of industrial hydrogen peroxide production is a key issue in the current industry.Taking HAZOP technology as the starting point,this paper introduces the basic process of industrial hydrogen peroxide production at this stage,analyzes and discusses the risks and hidden dangers in the production process,and analyzes and discusses the risks and hidden dangers in the production process.The main application paths of HAZOP technology are introduced in terms of collection and summary,risk summary in the process,optimization of safety production measures,etc.
