醇胺溶液吸收CO_(2)的腐蚀研究进展 被引量:1

Advances in corrosion happened in CO_(2) absorption by alkanolamine solution

摘要 总结了醇胺溶液吸收CO_(2)的腐蚀机理,研究结果表明,HCO_(3)^(-)、H_(3)O^(+)和质子化胺是溶液具有腐蚀性的根本原因,温度、胺的种类、热稳定盐、CO_(2)对腐蚀效果均有影响。抑制腐蚀的主要措施是添加缓蚀剂,对国内外缓蚀剂的研发进展进行了总结,提出了胺液腐蚀控制的未来发展方向。 The mechanism of corrosion happened in CO_(2) absorption by alcohol-amine solution is summed up.It is found that HCO_(3)^(-),H_(3)O^(+)and protonated amines are the root causes that the solution has corrosivity.Temperature,type of amine,heat stable salts and CO_(2) all have impact on the corrosion effect.Adding corrosion inhibitor is the key measurement to inhibit corrosion.Worldwide research and development advances in corrosion inhibitor are summarized,and the future development direction in controlling corrosion in amine solution is also proposed.
