羟基多孔有机聚合物固相微萃取-高效液相色谱测定水中3种氟喹诺酮类抗生素 被引量:2

Porous hydroxyl organic polymer-based solid phase microextraction combined with high performance liquid chromatography to determine three fluoroquinolones in water

摘要 以间苯三酚和对苯二甲醛为反应单体,通过高效的微波合成技术制备了一种带有羟基的多孔有机聚合物(POP)作为固相微萃取(SPME)涂层材料,结合高效液相色谱法,建立了一种环境水样中3种氟喹诺酮类抗生素(恩诺沙星、司帕沙星与左氧氟沙星)的分析方法。在最佳萃取/解吸条件下,该方法在0.5~200μg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好(R2>0.9988),检出限(S/N=3)为0.22~0.50μg/L,加标回收率为91.4%~97.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.7%~4.6%。研究表明,该方法回收率高、重复性好、操作简便,适用于环境水样中氟喹诺酮类抗生素的快速检测。 Porous organic polymer(POP)with hydroxyl group is prepared from phloroglucinol and terephthalaldehyde via an efficient microwave synthesis technology.A novel POP fiber-based solid phase microextraction(SPME)method combined with high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)is developed for the determination of three fluoroquinolones(enrofloxacin,sparfloxacin and levofloxacin)in environmental water sample.Under the optimal extraction/desorption conditions,the developed method presents good linearity(R2>0.9988)in the range of 0.5-200μg·L^(-1),the detection limit(S/N=3)is between 0.22μg·L^(-1)and 0.50μg·L^(-1).The spiked recoveries for river water sample is between 91.4%and 97.8%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=5)is between 2.7%and 4.6%.Compared with the conventional methods,the developed method is suitable for detecting fluoroquinolones in environmental water sample,showing advantages such as high recovery,good repeatability and easy to operate.
