摘要
糖尿病(DiabetesMellitus,DM)是一种复杂的代谢紊乱性疾病,临床特征表现为高血糖和多种并发症。糖尿病的发病率高、致残率高、死亡率高。蜂王浆(Royal Jelly,RJ)为一种高营养天然产物,其药理作用丰富,能够减轻胰岛素抵抗、发挥胰岛素样作用、抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性、抑制水甘油通道蛋白9(AQP9)表达、并且诱导单磷酸腺苷活化蛋白激酶(AMPK)、降低胰岛β细胞的损伤率,同时修复已被损坏的胰岛β细胞,从而改善糖尿病病人高血糖症,对治疗糖尿病起一定作用。同时,蜂王浆对于糖尿病并发症的治疗方面也有着很大潜能。通过文献检索,文章对蜂王浆治疗糖尿病作用及其机制进行综述,期望为蜂王浆在糖尿病治疗方面的应用提供一定的科学参考。
Diabetes mellitus(DM) is a complex metabolic disorder,characterized by hyperglycemia and a variety of complications.Diabetes has a high incidence rate,high disability and high mortality.Royal jelly(RJ) is a highly nutritious natural product with complex pharmacological effects.It can reduce insulin resistance,play an insulin-like effect,inhibit α-glucosidase activity,inhibit aquaglycerol channel protein 9(AQP9) expression,and induce monophosphate adenosine activation protein kinase(AMPK),reduce the damage rate of islet β cells,while repairing the damaged islet β cells,thereby improving hyperglycemia in diabetic patients,playing a certain role in the treatment of diabetes.At the same time,royal jelly also has great potential for the treatment of diabetic complications.Through literature search,this paper summarizes the effect and mechanism of royal jelly in the treatment of diabetes,hoping to provide some scientific references for the application of royal jelly in the treatment of diabetes.
