摘要
目的调查粤北地区高职护生一般自我效能感现况,并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样方法,选取清远职业技术学院护理学院及韶关大学医学院的1131名在校高职护生作为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、亲社会价值取向、护士职业价值观和一般自我效能感量表对其进行调查。采用多重线性回归分析探讨一般自我效能感的影响因素。结果本组高职护生的一般自我效能感总分为24.00(20.00,28.00)分。多重线性回归分析显示性别、年级、担任学生干部、护士职业价值观、亲社会价值取向进入回归方程(P<0.001),共解释总变异的23.3%。结论粤北地区高职护生的一般自我效能感处于中等水平,性别、年级、担任学生干部、护士职业价值观、亲社会价值取向是一般自我效能感的影响因素。建议护理教育工作者针对不同性别、不同年级、是否学生干部的特点采取针对性的职业价值观教育,以提高其一般自我效能感。
Objective To investigate the current status of general self-efficacy in the higher vocational nursing students in northern Guangdong and explore its influencing factors.Methods Through a cross-sectional study,1,131 higher vocational nursing students were selected by cluster sampling from the school of nursing of Qingyuan Polytechnic and medical school of Shaoguan University,and the students were surveyed by using general information questionnaire,Prosocial Value Orientation Scale,Nursing Professional Value Scale-R and General Self-efficacy Scale.Results The total score of general self-efficacy scale was 24.00(20.00,28.00).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that sex,grade,student cadre experience,nursing professional value and prosocial value orientation entered the regression equation(P<0.001),explaining 23.3%of the total variations.Conclusion The general self-efficacy of higher vocational nursing students in northern Guangdong is at a mediate level,which is affected by sex,grade,student cadre experience,nursing professional value and pro-social value orientation.
