摘要
消化性溃疡穿孔是胃肠外科常见急腹症,常需要紧急手术处理,治疗上腹腔镜单纯修补已成为主流术式。近年来胃溃疡穿孔修补术中是否取病理并进一步施行胃癌根治术产生争议,对再穿孔患者是否再手术也有不同意见。本研究通过近年文献分析上述情况,以期对临床有指导价值。
Peptic ulcer perforation is a common acute abdomen disorder in gastrointestinal surgery,often requiring emergency surgical treatment.Laparoscopic simple repair has become a mainstream operation in this respect.In recent years,there has been a controversy about whether it is necessary to take pathology and perform radical gastrectomy in the repair of gastric ulcer perforation.There have also been different opinions as to whether patients with reperforation should undergo reoperation.This study analyzed the above situation through recent literature,in order to provide guidance value for clinical practice.
