摘要
为了摸清矿石性质对选铁生产的影响,破解制约球磨机工序磨矿能力的瓶颈,针对选铁工序磨矿分级、铁精矿脱磁、生产工艺老旧等问题,进行了旋流器及高频细筛组合分级工艺改造,并通球磨机钢球配比和钢球补加制度优化、三段磨矿改造等措施,有效解离了矿物晶体,提升了磨机效率,增加了中间易选粒级含量。选铁工序的优化及创新,逐步适应了矿山“先富后贫、先易后难”的采矿趋势,提升了选矿系统的承受能力,稳定了铁精矿质量,释放选铁生产能力的同时,降低了铁精矿生产成本。
In order to find out the influence of ore properties on iron separation production and solve the bottleneck restricting the grinding capacity of ball mill process,aiming at the problems of grinding classification,iron concentrate demagnetization and old production process in iron separation process,the combined classification process of cyclone and high-frequency fine screen was reformed,and the proportion of steel balls in ball mill,the optimization of steel ball supplement system and the transformation of threestage grinding were carried out,which effectively dissociated mineral crystals,improved the efficiency of mill and increased the content of intermediate easy-to-separated particle size.Optimization and innovation of iron-dressing process gradually adapt to the mine’first rich then poor,first easy then difficult’mining trend,enhance the bearing capacity of mineral processing system,stabilize the quality of iron concentrate,release the iron production capacity at the same time,reduce the production cost of iron concentrate.
